well worth looking at; summarizes volumes of info very well; now i know all about the 'cigarette diet'; the 'grapefruit diet' and the 'drinking man's diet'; also has quick useful summaries of the popular diets of these days....low carb; food comibning; raw; well as diets that are designed to help w specific health conditions (GERD; arthritis: celiac; etc)
helpful: summaries note nutrients that may become depleted with long term adherance to a particular diet.
