It has been a while since I've read other books by Sharon Kahn with her heroine, Ruby, the Rabbi's Wife. However, I came away from this book feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. It felt like Ms Kahn had a number of different story lines going at the same time but they only briefly seemed to come together periodically.

Ruby seemed to spend most of her time wrapped up in her love life or lack thereof. The conclusion of the story left much to be desired.

If you are interested in reading some of Ms Kahn's works I would suggest you try out some of her earlier work first and go from there.
