This book is about how subtle messages are sent or received within the workplace. I imagine this could be a good read for someone who is socially challenged or perhaps new to their cultural surroundings. As someone who is considerate and aware of how I treat others, I didn't personally benefit from this book. The book goes into specific detail as to "how to be nice to people", and "treat others fairly."
