This is a fabulous book. Descriptions, directions for the exercise and modifications, information on potential issues, and pictures with muscle overlay. This book is a great reference and how to for beginners to advanced weightlifters as well as those in professions who need to know the muscles of the body. Unfortunately, the copy I checked out had a few pages torn out. I use this book so much for my own reference and weightlifting that I will be purchasing a copy for my home.

This book is always available at the PlaneTree Health Information Center @ Cupertino Library. - BC 140 D 2010

Incredible illustrations of the human muscle structure. This is a great book if you're looking to improve your form on muscle exercises. It even includes some nice sections on stretches. What this book does not have is anything tying the individual workouts together. You won't find information here about how to design a strength training exercise routine.
