Lots of good advice, compiled in a succinct fashion. This is no knock on the book, but some of the things she teaches can’t necessarily come from a book. A description, yes, but the actual technique must come from practice and repetition. Of course, she advises practice, so she can’t be faulted for that. Recommended.
