The New York Times bestselling he-said/she-said rock n' roll romance that inspired the motion picture starring Michael Cera ( Juno , Arrested Development ) and Kat Dennings ( Thor , TV's 2 Broke Girls )!

"I know this is going to sound strange, but would you mind being my girlfriend for the next five minutes?"

Nick frequents New York's indie rock scene nursing a broken heart. Norah is questioning all of her assumptions about the world. They have nothing in common except for their taste in music, until a chance encounter leads to an all-night quest to find a legendary band's secret show and ends up becoming a first date that could change both their lives.

Co-written by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan, co-author of WILL GRAYSON, WILL GRAYSON with John Green (THE FAULT IN OUR STARS), NICK & NORAH'S INFINITE PLAYLIST is a sexy, funny roller coaster of a story that reminds you how you can never be sure where the night will take you...

At first, I thought I'd like it - but I cannot get past how catty Norah is. She calls Triss a "skank" like, fifteen times in her first appearance. That's something I absolutely can't stand.

I adore this book. It's about Nick and Norah who meet at a concert and spend an action-packed evening seeing bands, getting to know each other, taking care of drunk friends, travelling all over Manhattan, and getting over their exes. Nick is the bass player in a band, and Norah is the daughter of a music producer. The book captures what it's like to bond with someone because you love the same music. It also captures the uncertainty of new relationships, where you're never quite sure if you're on the same page. Written by two different authors, the book has two distinct narrators with a lot in common.

A funny book, even if it's got a bit too much coarse language. Altogether an enjoyable read!

Tries far too hard too hard to be the coolest book you've ever read. I gave up caring about half way through.

Altogether a pretty fun read. I picked it up because I was a big fan of David Levithan's work when I was in the target age group and this did not disappoint!

This book is actually funny and has a lot of romance in it. When I read the first few pages it seemed really funny and I kept reading more. I finished this book in a few days after I checked it out.

a quick read and wonderfully funny.

Nick and Norah are both so terribly real and so very likeably quirky. This is a fast read but it's one I've come back to several times because of the phrasing and inventiveness. It's easy without being fluffy, and it has some lovely depth. This book helps us not forget... it is a profound thing to be young and in love.

This book was a really fast read. Cute story about two teenagers who meet by chance, and turn out to be just what each other is looking for.

I'm glad I read Dash & Lily's Book of Dares by this writing team, first, because this was utter carp. What a stinker. Don't waste your time. The only reason I wasted mine was I thought there was going to be something more - early on there was a reference to "I can never tell him about the Barbies or he will never want to know me" - something like that - which led me to believe that she would ultimately tell him the story and I would get to hear it too. But - it was a total tease with no result, so - the joke's on me, I guess. I won't be reading anything by these two again - this was just a sweary, low-class, uninteresting version of Dash & Lily, really. I suspect all their stuff might be the same. No thanks.
