I enjoyed this book. I found it better than the knitting ones. The end was a big surprise.

A nice change from the 4-people-in-a-knitting-class of the other books in the Blossom Street series (in fact I did not think it was part of the series until near the end). A bit less predictable than the earlier books, too.
Some great life lessons are learned.
An enjoyable read.

When I started this book, I wasn't sure if I was going to finish it. Bit of a slow start with a whiney teenager. You do have to remember what life was like at that age and then you can enjoy the book. I ended up really enjoying this book and glad I stuck with it. It is part of the Blossom Street series.
