This book addresses the mysterious disappearance of a park ranger who tended to the lone wolf genre. It captures the beauty and solitude of the dry mountain regions of the U.S. I like nature books, and my train of reading went something like this:
"Into the Wild"..."Finding Everett Reuss"..."The Last Season". Take my advice and skip over "Adventures with Ed: A Portrait of Abbey".
For a great laugh, read " A Walk in the Woods" by Bryson.
