There is evidence that a woman's diet from birth to age 13 may have more impact on her lifetime risk of breast cancer than any other period of her life. This book will show you how you can lower your child's lifetime odds of developing cancer and heart disease.

A great read for anyone with children or thinking of having children. A lot of useful information.

Really needed to be said. I wish he'd had more compassion in the way he says it and the assumption that it even is not worth trying to change an adult.

Still, a life saving book if you can bear to read it.
