Loved it. Really fun black comedy. I was shocked by the entirely anticlimactic ending, but it was true to the quirky nature of the film.

Not as funny as I remembered. I guess it didn't hold up to the test of time, imho. Low production is more evident now and obvious condemnations of Hollywood & society are now too obvious.

This movie has a John Waters feel to t and the female co-star looks like she was born a he but it had some funny moments.

Do not get me wrong, Eating Raoul is an amusing movie. However, I had one major issue with it. Bartel made a film that is probably very offensive to fetishists. The movie ridicules such people in a very untactful way. Had it been handled in a different manner, it may have been acceptable. Now, I am not a fetishists, so my assessment is based upon my own interpretation of the story. Maybe I am wrong, but I do not think I am.
