Good fun. One can c plot changes a mile ahead but well- done. And whatever happened to Nancy Travis. She's very good.

[Update - - 9/2017: Isn't this the same story currently in the news in Seattle? And did not a court award several SPD police persons $2.2 million just a few months back, founding favoritism in handing out off-duty assignments by Chief O'Toole???]

Normally I am not enthusiastic about cop shows, but the acting by Richard Gere and Andy Garcia is impeccable! Very well done film.

This 1990 flick is the best police/crime thriller that I have seen in the last year. When I first saw it in 1990, I remembered that it was the first time I saw Richard Gere in a truly evil role and I truly hated him for it. Sorta’ like the time Denzel Washington played a corrupt cop in “Training Day.” You know the acting is great when you can’t stand the character they are playing.
