I really liked this series more than I expected. I have to add this to my favorite cop show list, Law & Order SUV, Chicago P.D., Criminals Minds, and Bosch. The storylines are decent, and the family dinners are a nice touch. The actors have good chemistry together. Donnie W. has grown up since New Kids On The Block. I am glad Tom Selleck is back on TV.

Love this show! This is probably my second favorite season; the first being season 5. Really good! My mom and I watched about 2 or 3 every night this summer and got through about 3 and a half seasons! It's so good and a little addicting.

I really love the deals with a family of cops at different levels of their career with their own emotional problems...

I watched only the first 2 episodes in this series and decided to call it quits. I love Tom Selleck but this series didn't engage me. It's about 3 generations of an Irish-American family who serve on the police force. Selleck is the NYC police commissioner with 2 sons on the force (one a detective who is an Iraq War vet, and another who is a rookie). His father is a retired policeman. A daughter works as a somewhat liberal-leaning lawyer coping with divorce. The show is OK, but I prefer Selleck's "Jesse Stone" series.

Love the Reagan family!
