This is my absolute go-to book for vegan Indian foods. Richa's spice mixtures and dal recipes are flavorful and beautiful, and open a whole new world of spices and tastes.

If you love Indian food you NEED this book! Richa offers easy, yet tasty dishes that anyone can make. From chick pea curry- which by the way is THE BEST I've ever made, to potato and lentil soup, veggies in spicy tomato sauce- so GOOD!!

Also what I like most of the recipes I've made calls for you to blend the tomatoes, so use whole, diced, fresh, canned....
