I would recommend this book for anyone who is looking for a cook book that has interesting vegetarian food with stories and pictures to match. I'm currrently looking make the Eggplant Wraps on page 80-81 very soon.

As a non-vegetarian, who is eating less and less meat, this book gave me some really good ideas for fairly easy to make meat-free meals. And, did I mention that photos are both beautiful and mouth watering
