I've been doing Tae-Bo since the very beginning and have several copies of his first DVD and several of his others. This one is awful. The video starts out with everyone all sweaty and wearing wet sweat-soaked clothes. It's really distracting because Billy is front and center with a wet t-shirt and sweat streaming off his face. Gross. The music is on the loud side. His daughter Shelly is once again present (on the right). There are 8 workouts but they're all equally awful. I would not even consider this tae-bo. It's more calisthenics than anything. Lots of squats, push-ups, and lunges. There are football scrimmage drills where you run back and forth across the floor. I also found the DVD difficult to play in my DVD player (Sony blu-ray). It wouldn't allow me to skip to another track/workout or go back to the menu. I think this was one of his later workouts produced in China. It shows. Stick with the first decade of his videos. Everything after that isn't very good.
