This is a very difficult workout. It is hard to follow and extremely high paced. Tracy does go through all the dance moves for all the routines, but still found it hard to keep up.

So hard! At first she takes 45 mins to go through the moves, then there are 2 other sessions where she does the routines from the front and from the back. I found it quite exhausting as I am not coordinated at all and could not get any of the routines.
