There isn't much information or visual aide for the methods used. The Pizza 101 section is mainly the author talking about his interest and history with pizza making.

Only a few pages have any basic information on the tools or methods for his dough.

After the first standard pizzas, the remainder of the book is really just a showcase of somewhat exotic pizzas that might only interest those with complex palates. IE - Butternut Squash with Gorgonzola and Pine Nuts

The photos and the presentation of the pizzas are excellent, and the recipes are there if you're already an experienced pizza baker looking to try some creative, chef-style pizzas.
