This is not "Asian" cooking, this is a "Western" version of Asian classics altered so you can buy all the ingredients at any major grocery store. The pictures however a mouth wateringly gorgeous, the actual food does not taste "Asian".

I'm still reading it! Great, accessible recipes & ideas. Easily adaptable to fit special dietary needs. Can't wait to try some of the recipes.

Not to sound like a broken record, but I could see this as part of my home library as well.
