Did not find the book full of Farm Fresh Flavors as the title suggests or Using Local Ingredients not sure the biline had anything to do with the book. I'm an avid gardener at Skokie Park District garden plots where there are about 250 - 20x20 foot plots. Harvest of zuchini for example comes in bunches within a very short time. Double-Baked Purple Potato Stuffed uses 3 medium zucchinis and 6 purple potatoes. Not sure if anyone in Skokie knows where to get purple potatoes. The book if full of lots specifics where I am running store to store to get the stuff I need. Gardening takes to much time for this book to be useful.
