In 1898, a Minnesota farmer uproots a large stone covered with mysterious runes. Now known as the Kensington Rune Stone, it details a journey of land acquisition and murder-- in the year 1362. Thought by some to be a hoax, new evidence suggests it could be real, and a clue that the Knights Templar discovered America 100 years before Columbus, perhaps bringing with them history's greatest treasure-- the Holy Grail. See how symbols on the Rune Stone match Templar ruins all over Europe, on islands across the Atlantic Ocean, as well as in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Scott Wolter, has Made some controversial remarks, including, the (some believe) That the Knights Templar, and Freemasons, Rosicrucians, and the Like, Believe in Duality in Religion, and Rituals. The Boldest statement He Made was that they believed in the UNION of Male and Female,Darkness and Light, But He also said Union Of GOOD and EVIL?? How Can That be?? It Cant!!

Yet another example of why the History Channel is so poorly named. The Kensington Rune Stone is (still) widely acknowledged to be a hoax. That hasn't changed. The History Channel habitually churns out poorly researched "schlocumentaries" like this whose only purpose is to sensationalize urban (or not-so-urban) legends for a gullible public.
