A entertaining tale from Africa preceding WW2. Pretty violent descriptions of needless animal killing for sport. Somewhat disturbing in that way I would hesitate to recommend this read.

The audiobook was very good, in the usual Wilbur Smith way.
I can't help but enjoy this author, as he always tells a good story, with well filled-out characters and believable storylines.
